Established and registered on May 31, 2010, headquartered in Mayamot, Antipolo City, Philippines. Founded by twenty (20) Overseas Expatriates Workers (OEW), employed in reputable companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All incorporators had broad experiences in various field of Electronics and Telecommunications from designs to implementations of both local and global standards.

The Company's strategies are customer service oriented, focused on differentiation and innovation to deliver value-added products and services. It is concentrating on profitable long-term growth on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solution provider through strategic acquisitions.
